Bug Fixes
- The Agents Report now accurately calculates Average Talk Time by only including answered calls. This fix addresses an issue where unanswered calls were incorrectly factored into the overall average.

- Billing Group Filter — Fixed an issue on the Call Insights analytics report where the Billing Groups filter was not being applied
