AVOXI Release Notes - December 16, 2025

This week’s release focuses on our new manual Caller ID redaction process to assist customers with HIPAA and PII compliance. We have also launched bulk import capabilities for external numbers and robust new alerting rules to streamline large-scale number testing. Additionally, we’ve expanded our global footprint with new TrueLocal products in Brazil and implemented critical infrastructure optimizations.

Caller ID Redaction

We now support a manual process of redacting a Caller ID from a call that contains sensitive information.  A customer concerned about HIPAA or PII on a call, including the phone number itself, may message us to ask us to redact the number for that call. 

Number Testing - External Integration

  • Bulk Import
    • External Numbers can now be configured in bulk using an uploaded CSV file
    • On demand tests can be triggered and schedules can be created immediately after import, making the configuration process fast and easy
  • Number Testing Alerts & Notifications
    • Formatting and Content improvements
    • Extensive formatting and content updates have been made to Alert notification subject and body text to clarify the cause of the alert and improve readability of the notification
  • Number Testing Alerts & Notifications
    • Administrators can now configure Alerting rules for failed Number Tests
    • Alerts can be configured to trigger after one or more consecutive tests on a given number, and can be automatically closed after a configurable number of successful tests.Notifications are sent when alerts are opened and closed and can be configured to be delivered via email, chat platform, or webhook.

Fixes and Adjustments

  • Intelligent Caller ID
    • Fixes an issue where users were not able to save an Intelligent Caller ID team as their default caller ID.
  • Amazon Trunk
    • Fixes an issue that prevented users from enabling Intelligent Caller ID on an Amazon Connect trunk.
  • AVOXI Digest
    • Repositioned the additional notes, Release Notes link, and Calendly link to appear at the top of the email for more visibility.
  • Termination Rate Messaging
    • Added messaging to the invoice to notify customers of upcoming rate changes.
  • Number Testing
    • Fixed an issue where SIP URI tests did not respect the selected dialed number format
    • Fixed an issue where in rare cases, a failed Number Test could fail to create a case after failed retest:sparkles:
