Our latest update expands our global footprint with new DID and TrueLocal number coverage in Ireland (Limerick) and Serbia. We have also enhanced Contact Center controls by introducing granular permissions for Monitoring, Whispering, and Barging, allowing for better-tailored agent training and oversight. Additionally, this release includes critical fixes for Flow Builder routing and Billing Group reporting, alongside UI improvements to company caller ID formatting and the AVOXI Digest template.

Contact Center Enhancements
Separate Permissions (feature groups) for Monitoring, Whispering, and Barging
- As a customer if you want your Agents to be able to listen to calls from other Agents, but not be able to Whisper or Barge on those calls, we now have separate permissions we can provide for each.
Fixes and Adjustments
-
Flow Builder
- Fixed an issue where calls were not being routed to the correct call Flow and were being routed to voicemail rather than the External Number Flow.
-
Outbound Billing Group Reporting
- Fixes an issue where outbound calls were not being correctly associated with the Billing Group; therefore, they were not being included in the analytics reports when filtering by Billing Group.
- This fix will not be applied retroactively; it will only apply to calls made following this release.
-
Normalize Company Caller ID Formatting
- Enhancement to normalize the formatting of phone numbers entered on the Company Account page.
-
AVOXI Digest
- Template Update — Updated the default Digest template to include more dynamic content
- Call Quality Fragment — Updated the way calls scores are displayed when no data is available
-
External Number Testing
- Fixed an issue which could cause a collision when testing two similar numbers, leading to both numbers' tests running against the shorter number
