AVOXI Release Notes - December 2, 2025

The latest release focuses on improving billing transparency and agent efficiency. We've implemented smart billing logic to pause charges for ported numbers until they are 100% active, alongside giving customers full visibility to track porting status. Agents benefit from new Live Call Monitoring Alerts and a Webphone Status Timer for better time management and issue detection, while Call Log enhancements now support External Numbers in analytics.

 

✨ New Features and Major Updates

Billing & Number Porting Visibility (Active Number Flow Milestone 2)

This major update significantly enhances the process for number porting and billing, ensuring you only pay for numbers that are fully active.

  • Smart Billing Logic: Customer billing for ported numbers is now paused until the number is 100% live and active on our network.
  • Full Tracking Visibility: Numbers now appear on your Active Numbers Dashboard immediately upon assignment, allowing you to track the progress of your order from day one.
  • Pre-Configuration: You can now proactively set up call forwarding on your newly assigned, inactive numbers. Service will begin instantly the moment the port is complete.

Contact Center & Agent Tools

  • Live Call Monitoring - Agent Alerts Icon: For Enterprise customers, the Live Call Monitoring screen now features an Alerts icon to quickly highlight agent issues (e.g., Call Drop or Microphone Issue). Alerts for temporary issues display for 5 minutes and are clickable to view the agent's full alerts history.
  • Webphone Status Timer: Your webphone now displays a timer showing the duration of your current status (e.g., On Break, Available). This provides better visibility for agents to manage their time and status.

Call Log & Analytics Enhancements

  • Improved Filtering: Enhanced Analytics and Activity filtering now supports data related to External Numbers.
  • Detailed CSV Export: The Company Activity CSV Export now includes richer data columns:
  • Caller ID Name: The name of the user making an outbound call (where applicable).
  • Intelligent Caller ID Data: Detailed fields like Original Caller ID, Caller ID Group, and Selection Method for deeper analysis.

Geographic Expansion & Pricing

  • New Geographic Coverage: We have added new DID (Direct Inward Dialing) and TrueLocal (TL) products:
    • Germany - Bonn DID & TL
    • Italy - Bolzano DID & TL
  • Cart Pricing Updates: Pricing has been updated for:
    • Cambodia: Phnom Penh & Phnom Penh, TrueLocal (2-Way Voice)
    • Japan: Multiple products including Osaka, Tokyo, and Port Your Tokyo TrueLocal (2-Way Voice) Local Number.
    • Estonia: Estonia Toll Free.

 

🛠️ Bug Fixes

We've addressed several issues to improve platform reliability:

Global Voice - Bulk Selection: 

Fixed an issue on the Numbers Page where using the search filter would incorrectly clear previous selections during a bulk action.

Global Voice - Intelligent Caller ID: 

Corrected an issue where the agent's name was missing from the Call Details in Call Activity when using the Intelligent Caller ID feature.

Global Voice - Prefix Codes: 

Resolved an issue preventing the prefix code Group Selector from functioning correctly when configured with a leading '+'.
