Live Call Monitoring Updates
- Added multi-select capabilities to the Status filters - for example now you can filter on both Paused and Busy Agents simultaneously
- Added Queue Wait Time - you can see this by hovering over the Call Duration for any calls currently waiting to see how long they've been waiting in that specific Queue
- Added sort to waiting calls so that the calls waiting the longest show up on top
- Updated durations for Agents without a call in the last 3 years (or who have never taken a call) to no longer show very long durations
