Agent Experience Alerts
- Agent Experience Alerts are now available for all Enterprise customers!
- Customers can set up and view alerts on issues impacting their Agents - Microphone Issues and Call Drops
- Premium Cloud Service customers can even send these alerts to other systems via Slack, MS Teams, and Webhook integrations
- Contact licensed Agents will see new, more detailed messaging in their webphone when we detect microphone issues with more detailed troubleshooting information
