AVOXI Release Notes - June 10, 2025

As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. Additionally, we regularly release fixes, updates, and improvements to the Genius platform UI and behind-the-scenes to keep our software running smoothly.

Product Enhancements

  • Agent Experience Alerts - Now will receive updated details if the underlying issue changes
    • E.g. if there are both permission issues and device access issues once one issue has resolved the alert will update to indicate the next issue.
    • Note: This feature is only available to select customers at this time.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Geographic Report - Fixed an issue where Tanzanian calls were being marked as New Zealand calls.
  • Agent Experience Alerts - Issue where many microphone issues may stay active for too long, causing a large number of active alerts for a single Agent
    • Note: This feature is only available to select customers at this time.
  • Live Call Monitoring - Issue where Live Call Monitoring may show incorrect Status Totals
    • Includes times when Agents Available were > number of Agents actually Available
    • Includes times when a Supervisor logs out an Agent and that Agent was then showing as paused
    • Note: This feature is only available to select customers at this time.
