AVOXI Release Notes - August 6, 2025

As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. Additionally, we regularly release fixes, updates, and improvements to the Genius platform UI and behind-the-scenes to keep our software running smoothly. 

 

New Virtual Number Products

  • Nigeria - National (0700)
  • Nigeria - National (0800)
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina - Mostar DID & TrueLocal
  • Netherlands - Breda - DID & TrueLocal

Contact Center

  • Webphone Transfers now show Agent status and provide a warning when transferring to Agents who aren't available
    • When searching for a specific Agent to transfer to in their webphone (or for internal calls), Agents can now see the status of their colleagues, making it easier to know who might be good to transfer to.
    • If an Agent tries to transfer to another Agent that is any status except Available, we're now giving the Agents a warning message to inform them that the call is likely to go unanswered.

Number Testing Coverage Expansion

  • Updated Number Testing Coverage Matrix now reflects recently added testing coverage for multiple number types in Angola, India National Numbers, and Saudi Arabia National Numbers

Genius UI Performance Enhancements

  • Improvements to the loading speed of the Numbers table, with the greatest improvements of up to 80% faster load time seen on slower internet connections

Fixes

  • Issue where SLA calculation differed between Live Call Monitoring and the Teams report
