AVOXI Release Notes - August 19, 2025

As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. Additionally, we regularly release fixes, updates, and improvements to the Genius platform UI and behind-the-scenes to keep our software running smoothly. 

 

New Virtual Number Products

  • United Kingdom - Portsmouth DID & TrueLocal
  • United Kingdom - Southampton DID & TrueLocal

 

Global Voice

  • Intelligent Caller ID Configuration - You can now configure a Caller ID group with a blank Caller ID list and the system will keep the original Caller ID on the call. This is helpful for scenarios where certain calls need to maintain the original Caller ID while others require the Caller ID to be changed. Learn more.
  • Intelligent Caller ID Number Rotation - When multiple favorable Caller IDs are available, we will alternate which CLI is selected to prevent the same CLI from being chosen on every call.

 

Fixes

  • WebEx Trunk - Fixed an issue where the WebEx trunk created by the system was misconfigured. This issue impacted customers configuring a new WebEx integration.
  • Contact Center - Hubspot integration would sometimes match to incorrect records
  • Proactive Service & Number Testing - Fixed an issue where automatic case creation would sometimes not find a valid contact to use.
  • Number Testing - Fixed an issue where in certain scenarios the web phone might not be launched for Real-time Inbound Call Tests
