AVOXI Release Notes - September 16, 2025

As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. Additionally, we regularly release fixes, updates, and improvements to the Genius platform UI and behind-the-scenes to keep our software running smoothly. 

 

New Releases and Updates

  • Update to Scheduled Reports – A 'Type' column has been added to the Scheduled Reports table, so you can see the Report Type (e.g., Analytics - Teams, Analytics - Agents, etc.) without having to open the scheduled report modal.
  • New Products in the Cart:
    • NEW BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) products - These products are for clients with current service from another carrier who want to use AVOXI to answer or make calls on Genius. For this product to work, customers will need to route their calls directly to AVOXI from their current suppliers.

Bug Fixes

  • Numbers Report Filtering Inconsistency – Fixed an issue where inconsistent number formatting was impacting filtering and reporting results in the Numbers Report.
  • Fixed a rare issue that could cause a number to be shown as eligible for Number Testing despite not actually being eligible.
  • Fixed an issue in Flow Builder where an email couldn't be added to the voicemail configuration of an IVR.
