Intelligent Caller ID (CLI)
- Intelligent CLI is now available to all Premium and Premium AI customers. This feature helps to increase outbound answer rates by automatically selecting the best Caller ID based on who the agent is calling

Contact Center
- Issue where Agent status logs would continue counting up, creating certain statuses which would be very high even though the status has since changed
- Issue where the Agents report could get in a bad state and all filters would change to ‘Deleted’
- Note: This will not fix prior instances. If a customer currently has a filter saved on the Agents report that has “Deleted User” or “Deleted Queue”, they should clear out that filter, filter on the proper Teams/Agents, and then save a new filter.
- Issue where users could not expand past 20 teams per page on the Teams page
