NEW Scheduled Reports
Using "Scheduled Reports" AVOXI License holders can now receive daily, weekly, or monthly pre-built reports delivered directly to their inbox. This helps managers monitor their agents or teams and drill into the metrics that matter most. Learn more about Scheduled Reports here.
Adjustments
- In isolated cases, users were unable to answer an incoming call by clicking the *ANSWER* button on their web-phone. Our investigation found this was caused by the audio device on their computer becoming unavailable. Fixes have been applied to this so that a visual indicator will alert the user and provide helpful tips on how to enable audio devices.
