- Genius Enterprise plan enables you to set up CRM integrations easily.
- When the CRM screen pop feature is enabled all inbound and outbound calls will attempt to find a Contact match in the CRM and do a screen pop if a match is found.

Webphone experience for users with Screen pop functionality
- When the CRM screen pop is enabled, the new webphone experience auto-expands the webphone on incoming calls to allow the agent to easily view the screen pop details.

Inbound and outbound call indicators in Activity logs
- Activity logs have new indicators with tooltips to easily see the direction and overall status of the call. Some examples below:
