New Releases & Enhancements

• Call Recording Rules and Retention: *NEW FEATURE*

  • You can now set recording rules and storage retention period inbound, outbound and internal call recordings
  • Inbound Call Recording: Recording ON/OFF and retention rule can be set per phone number in the Phone Number 
  • DEFAULT retention for new phone numbers is 1 year (when recording is enabled). This can be changed by an admin user.

• Outbound Call Recording 

  • Recording ON/OFF and retention rule can be set on the Company Settings page
