Document Required - Power of Attorney (Mexico)

In Mexico, AVOXI needs the number to be registered with a Power of Attorney.

Why This Is Required

A Power of Attorney (POA) is a legal, notarized document that gives someone the authority to make decisions on behalf of the business. When porting a number, the porting form (Mexico) must be signed by the same individual who holds power of attorney under this document.

What You Need to Provide

  • A Power of Attorney matching the company name on your order (POA Example.pdf)
  • When porting: the porting form must be signed by the person listed as the authorized representative in this Power of Attorney
  • A copy of the government-issued ID for that same individual — see Legal Representative Passport or ID — the signature must match the one on the ID.

How to Submit It

  • Upload the document in your AVOXI online account at the number's field. See our informative guide for help.
  • Our number team will review it. Your account status updates automatically once we finish.
  • You will usually hear from us within 24 hours. For urgent help, call +1 (770) 937-9735.
