When porting a Mexican number to AVOXI, our carrier requires an application form to be filled out and signed.
Why This Is Required
The porting form must be signed by the individual who has power of attorney — the person listed as the authorized representative in your Power of Attorney (Mexico). Their signature must match the ID you provide.
What You Need to Provide
- The completed Mexico Application Port Form.pdf — the sections highlighted in red are the main ones you need to fill out
- Signed by the same individual who holds power of attorney per your Power of Attorney (Mexico)
- A copy of the government-issued ID for that same individual — see Legal Representative Passport or ID — signature must match the ID
How to Submit It
- Download and complete the Mexico Application Port Form.pdf, signed by your authorized representative.
- Upload it in your AVOXI online account. See our informative guide for help.
