To port a United Kingdom number, our supplier requires a Letter Of Authority to be filled out. See the template below. A service address within the United Kingdom will be needed to port UK numbers.
NOTE: If there are multiple numbers to port from multiple losing service provider accounts you must split them up on separate LOAs. One LSP account number per port form.
