Duplicate your existing call flows effortlessly at the click of a button.The duplicated call flows retain all configurations, placing them in “Draft” status to make further changes as required.This accelerates setup for recurring scenarios, allowing you to focus on fine-tuning specific config rather than starting from scratch.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Flow Builder section using the left side navigation.
2. Find the flow you want to duplicate.
3. Click on the “Duplicate” button present under “Actions” column
4. Your duplicated flow with “Draft” status is available for further customization
   1. Duplicated flow will have “Copy of ” appended at the beginning of the original flow name.
