• Bulk Assignments: Resolved a bug that prevented users from bulk-assigning external numbers to a Billing Group.
• Call Journey Clarity: Fixed a status error where SIP URI calls were occasionally flagged as "Answered" incorrectly.

🛠️ Proactive Service & Intelligent Monitoring

• Smart Incident Clustering: To streamline your notifications, automated cases are now grouped into Incidents. If multiple numbers in the same country are impacted, they will be clustered into a single event.
• Enhanced Reporting: Your Weekly Digest now references these Incidents, providing a clearer, high-level view of your account’s health.
• Pre-Activation Testing: You can now run Line Configuration tests on numbers that are still "Pending" or in the porting process, allowing you to verify your setup before the numbers go live.
