Intelligent Caller ID— Default Selection Update
- If a Contact Center user has an Intelligent CLI team configured as the default CLI and the feature is subsequently disabled, the CLI selection becomes vacant. Users will now see a notice in the UI to select a new CLI before placing a call.
🛠️ Bug Fixes
- Hubspot Contact Matching Fix: Improved Contact matching in the Hubspot integration to better handle for similar numbers
- UCaaS SIP Integration Error Fix: Fixed an issue where some numbers were not able to forward calls to their desired SIP Integration.
- Proactive Service Reporting Fix: Fixed a bug causing Calls Analyzed to be overcounted slightly in the Proactive Service Key Metrics section of the AVOXI Digest
