✨ New Features and Major Updates

New APIs - Call Traffic, Agents, and Agent Timeline data
- We have added a new endpoint for Call Traffic data to enable our customers to pull out key statistics for their Contact Center Teams such as number of calls, Average Handle Times, Wait times, Service Level, and number of calls per Agent.
- Our customers can also pull information about all of their Agents via the Genius API, such as all of the Agent's names, their numbers, and their Teams and their Timeline data so they can see every activity the Agent performed in Genius.
- Additional information such as Agent Performance data will be coming in the near future, all of these combined enable our customers to get comprehensive data on their Team and Agent performance through our APIs for powerful reporting capabilities outside of Genius.

Intelligent Caller ID — Caller ID Selection Enhancements
- Improves the Caller ID selection logic to account for the number type used when dialing in country.
- AVOXI Digest — Geographic Fragment: Enhanced to focus on a particular region when there is only traffic in a single area.
- Teams Page Tags Column: Enhanced to show which teams have Intelligent Caller ID or Queue Callback enabled.
🛠️ Bug Fixes
- Audit Fix: Added ghosting information in audit logs for public API
- Ringing Fix: Improved handling of scenarios where ringing would continue after answering a call
- Number Testing Fix: Fixed an issue which could cause an AVOXI-Native Number to be tested while porting in if the same number had previously been configured as an External Number
- Proactive Service Fix: Fixed an issue preventing the Proactive Service Alerting rule from being installed during upgrades to Premium AI Cloud Service
