As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers and locations to our inventory while delivering regular updates to the Genius platform.  This latest release focuses on the launch of our brand-new self-service Order Status Portal and Reporting Enhancements.

Order Status Portal Launch 

We rolled out a brand-new portal directly inside the your Genius UI! This transforms number tracking from static communications into a dynamic, self-service experience.

• Real-Time Order Visibility: You can now have a live view of number porting and order timelines, including estimated delivery expectations.
• Actionable Alerts: A dedicated "Action Required" section pushes carrier rejections or missing document requests straight to the top of the Order Status page.
• Persistent History: You can now reference and track historical order details long after a number has gone active.
• Order Page Permissions: Implemented a new permission setting that allows assigned users to manage document uploads and track order status while strictly restricting broader Number Management functionality.

Billing Summary Invoice Report 

We now provide an itemized billing summary in Excel format to assist with global cost reconciliation. This downloadable file consolidates subscription fees, usage charges, and add-on costs into a flattened, sortable structure.

• Country Column Addition: Added a new Country column to the Billing Summary report to explicitly display which country a number belongs to.

Call Recording & SIP Trunking Increase

Effective June 1, 2026, a minor $3–$5 price adjustment will apply to Call Recording and SIP Trunking to support rising global infrastructure, data encryption, and storage compliance costs. Even with this change, AVOXI retains its market advantage by keeping standalone pricing significantly more cost-effective and transparent than Tier 1 competitors.

Global Number Expansion & Price Adjustments

• New EMS Product: Italy TrueLocal EMS is now officially available in the cart.
• Toll-Free Pricing Adjustments: Updated pricing is now active for the following regions:
  • Switzerland, Romania, & Cyprus: Effective May 25, 2026.
  • Reunion Island: Effective May 26, 2026.
• Inventory & Policy Restrictions:
  • Norway (National & TrueLocal): Re-affirming existing policy—all orders strictly require a local Business Registration (BR).
  • Taiwan (DID & TrueLocal): Inventory availability is currently limited exclusively to the Taipei prefix (886-2).

EU Premium & Shared Cost Numbers Policy Notice

AVOXI will no longer offer EU Premium or Shared Cost numbers. If you require these products, please reach out to your Account Manager to discuss a  TrueLocal or ITFS solution.
