🎧 Contact Center & Flow Builder
- Disposition Timers: Customers can now add a timer to Dispositions in the webphone. This ensures high availability by automatically forcing Agents back to "Available" status once the wrap-up timer expires.
- AI Marketplace Growth: We are excited to welcome Retell and CallMiner as new vendors to the AI Marketplace (available for Premium AI Cloud Service users)
- Metric Accuracy Fix: Resolved an issue where the "Time Since Last Call" metric could update incorrectly without an agent taking a call
- UI Fix: Fixed a field overflow issue within the Flow Builder Webhook URL settings
🌐 Global Voice
- AVOXI Digest Updates: The Account Overview section has been updated to specifically reflect P1 Support Cases, providing better clarity on critical account health.
- Billing Group Precision Fix: Fixed an issue where UCaaS subscription fees were occasionally attributed to the incorrect billing group
- Team Management Fix: Resolved a bug that prevented users from deleting team dispositions.
⚡ Proactive Service & Number Testing
- Outbound Number Testing: Outbound Test Logs are now accessible within the Number Testing Activity section (currently behind a feature flag - reach out for Beta testing).
- UI Stability: Fixed an issue that caused a blank white screen when clearing the Test Schedule timezone.
