• AVOXI Digest — ASR % Data not populating correctly
  • Fixed an issue where the ASR percent change on the Call Stats fragment did not reflect the correct value. Additionally, fixed a discrepancy where the ASR % value did not match the Genius report.

  • Easy to integrate into your call flows with the new AI Bot node - choose in your call flows which AI Bot you'd like to take a call
  • Supports transfers - you can transfer calls directly into Genius extensions such as Flows, Teams, or Agents
  • Includes Screenpop - so you can see what the AI Bot has talked about with the caller, saving time so the caller doesn't have to repeat themselves after being escalated. Can include things like an Account number as well, giving the Agent an easy place to start conversation.
