AVOXI Release Notes - June 9, 2026

At AVOXI, we are committed to providing a seamless communication experience. As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers and locations to our inventory while delivering regular updates to the Genius platform. This latest release includes improvements to Contact Center, Proactive Service, and Order Status.

Contact Center Updates

  • Fix: Updated styling of call scoring on the webphone and activity pages.

Proactive Service

  • Number Testing Usage Chart Fix: Fixed an issue that caused retests to be included in the usage count on the Number Testing plan usage page. Retests do not count towards test usage billing, and the usage chart now accurately reflects that.

Order Status

  • New Action Email: Introduced “Action Required” email notifications for orders in the Information Required status, ensuring faster response to missing documentation.
  • Fix:  Resolved an issue causing old, stale orders to incorrectly appear on the Order Dashboard.
