New Number Retest and Auto Case Creation Functionality
AVOXI will immediately retest the number to confirm the issue when a scheduled or on-demand inbound test fails. If the second test fails, a P1 case will automatically be opened with our AVOXI experts to troubleshoot and resolve. Learn more using our informative AVOXI Number Testing Guide.
New AVOXI Alerts
Our new and exciting AVOXI Alerts is now available to all customers; the intuitive feature helps customers to be proactive on the status and performance of their numbers, giving them the ability to:
- Create alerts on essential metrics (Answer-Seizure Ratio and Average Call Duration).
- Notify the appropriate parties to investigate potential performance issues.
- Monitor Alerts trends over time.
Beta Custom Webphone Pause Status
Under a Feature Flag, the new Webphone Pause Status functionality allows each customer to add their own custom webphone statuses so that Agents can choose a pause status that better reflects their organization. You can use our informative configuration guide to learn more if you like.
Product Adjustments and Fixes
- Voice & SMS Enabled Numbers: Add the ability to forward to VOIP/SIP and MS Team in the "Forward To" drop-down via the online cart when selecting an SMS product.
