Enhancement to SIP URI's Tester
We updated some user flow and verbiage under failed tests for already configured SIP URIs.
Product Adjustments and Fixes
- Duplicate Plans in Cart: Fix an isolated issue for duplicate plans visible in the cart.
- Cancel SMS button not showing for CA numbers: Bug fix where the "cancel SMS" button was not showing for CA numbers.
- Error Handling SMS: Internal bug fix where an opportunity was generated by Genius enableSMS but failed to create the porta account.
- SIP URI & Number Testing KB Links: We fixed broken Knowledge Base Guide links for the tooltips in the settings Testing page for both Number Testing and SIP URI testing.
- Agent Call Duration Error: A fix for an isolated issue where an Agent's call duration did not match his Voicemail
