In addition, this week, we released our NEW Number Testing Feature, our Failover Routing to BETA customer program, and additional product adjustments.
NEW Number Testing
Number Testing is now generally available to all customers, allowing users to test their AVOXI numbers in 22 countries, learn more to get testing now!
NEW Failover Routing - BETA
Using our new Flow Builder feature, users can re-route calls to failover destinations for SIP URI and External numbers when these target destinations cannot be reached/connected to a call flow. View our informative guide to learn more!

Product Fixes & Adjustments
- Multiple Order - Order Status Scroll Bug (Customer Facing): We released a fix for a customer-facing issue where the customers could not scroll down to view all numbers when expanding a multiple-number order within our Order Status Dashboard. This subsequently impacted their ability to upload the required docs.
- Disconnected Call is Transferred (Customer Facing): We deployed a fix for an issue where an inbound call came in, hit the IVR, and the calling party disconnected; however, the calls still stay established, and the calling party receives a blank call.
