AVOXI Deployment Summary: As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. In addition, we released our new Airtable and Service integrations, as well as enhancements to our Call Journey and Call Insights Analytics.
New Port Requirements & Documentation
Accurate and updated Port requirements and documentation are now visible within our online shopping cart for all "Port Your Number" locations. In addition, customers can view this information within the customers AVOXI online portal on the Order Status page and instantly upload all required documents.
New Airtable Integration
Customers can now integrate their AVOXI platform with their Airtable CRM integration. While this is not visible within the customer AVOXI online platform, it can be configured on request by our Engineering team via API.
New Service Coverage
Our provisioning team has also added the below number coverage to the AVOXI online shopping cart:

Enhancement Call Journey
With this release, Managers and Supervisors can now see the talk time for each call leg, so they know how long agents were on the call.
Enhancement Call Insights Activity & Analytics pages
Update static image on Call Insights Activity and Analytics pages to provide more info on the product and link to Appcues flows.
Fix Team Analytics Missed Calls
A fix for an issue that showed negative missed calls on Team analytics.
