AVOXI Release Notes - February 14, 2023

AVOXI Deployment Summary:  As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart.  


New Middle Ease & UK Data Center 

All applicable new numbers purchased via the cart will now auto-route to our new Middle East and UK Data centers.  A reminder that this information can be viewed on the numbers detail page.  All required whitelisting information is visible within our SIP configuration guides

New Number Service Coverage

Our carrier and provisioning team has also added the below number coverage to the AVOXI online shopping cart:

  • Colombia - Barranquilla - TrueLocal
  • Switzerland ITFS (Landline only)

New Platform Fee - Effective March 1, 2023

As previously announced, effective March 1, 2023, we will change our Admin Fee to a Platform Fee and increase the fee from $4.99/month to $9.99/month.  



Fixes and Product Adjustments

  • Service enabled Tooltip: We added tooltips to Services Enabled icons on the Number table.
  • Agent Team Report: A fix for an issue where select agents' calls were not reflected within the Team Report.
  • Team Analytics: A fix for an isolated issue where the Team Analytics no longer reflected missed or overflow calls data.
  • Return Call: A fix for an isolated issue where the "return call" functionality was not working.
  • Call Insights Detail Modal:  An adjustment to ensure the AVOXI to PSTN and PSTN to AVOXI legs display metrics consistently.
