NEW Live Dashboard: Manage teams in real-time using Live Dashboards - the newest entrant on the Analytics page. Administrators have the ability to get an instant view across multiple Call Queues to allocate resources, provide coaching, and monitor the calls in progress/waiting.
NEW Zoho Integration: The integration with Zoho allows Genius users to view contextual information from the CRM on all phone calls (inbound and outbound), as well as log calls in Zoho.

NEW Refreshed table layouts on several pages allow users to view up to 20 rows on a single page, with pagination for moving easily across multiple pages.
NEW User directory in the webphone (Contacts) has super fun color indicators for user status.
