I'm not receiving voicemail notifications via email

Genius Voicemail to Email records a voicemail as an audio file and delivers it to your email in MP3 format. If you are not receiving your voicemail notification via email, please use the troubleshooting steps below.

Voicemail to Email Troubleshooting

  • Check there is not a typo in the forwarding email address
  • Check if the email notification is going to your spam/junk folder (Emails are sent from voicemail@avoxi.com)
  • Your inbox may be complete, especially if your emails are linked to an email-to-case in your CRM
