Why was my status changed to OFFLINE in Genius?

Genius does not allow multiple tabs to be opened at the same time. 

  • Once you open a second tab for your Genius login, your status will automatically change to "Offline."
  • To resolve this, close any additional tabs and keep only one tab open. 
  • On that tab, log out and then log back in. Your status will be set to "Available" by default.
