To create call groups, select the Call Groups section on the left-hand side navigation.

Select the call groups icon on the left-hand side navigation.

Select the Call Group section on the left-hand side navigation.
Deleting a Call Group in Genius
Select the "Call Group" section on the left-hand side navigation to see all created call groups.
