Error message when purchasing a number

In isolated instances, our online cart experiences difficulties processing your order, and you will receive the below error. This could be due to a connection error, or an issue with your AVOXI account (for example suspended due to non-payment or hitting your credit limit).  

 

Please reach out to your Account Manager for further assistance. Alternatively, view and track auto-created cases directly within your platform using your AVOXI support portal with the ability to view the latest case status, communicate with an agent, and upload supporting documents or attachments directly within your online portal.
