Port Document Required - Letter of Authority - (South Africa)

To port your South Africa number to AVOXI, you need a signed port form. A legal representative at your current carrier must sign this form.

Why This Is Required

Your current carrier (sometimes called the "losing carrier") needs a signed form before it will release your number. An authorized person at your current carrier must sign it. This proves you have permission to move the number to AVOXI.

What You Need to Provide

  • The completed LOA - GNP Form
  • An authorized person at your current carrier must complete this form. If the wrong person signs, your port may be delayed.
  • A legal representative of your company must also complete this form.

How to Submit It

  1. Download the LOA - GNP Form. Ask an authorized person at your current carrier to complete and sign it.
  2. Log in to your AVOXI online account. Go to your number orders page and select your order.
  3. Upload the signed form in the platform. See our informative guide for help.
  4. Our number team will review your form. Your account status updates automatically once we finish.
  5. You will usually hear from us within 24 hours. For urgent help, call +1 (770) 937-9735.

Note: Your number will not work until we receive your documents and register them with the local provider.
