Your company's name
Authorized contact's full details
Your company's website
A description of the service the number will be used for
The full name and title of the authorized signatory (e.g., CEO, CFO)
The signature of the authorized signatory
Your company's official stamp (if available)

Submitting Required Documents
You can easily upload and manage all required documents for your virtual numbers directly within your AVOXI platform. The in-application status of your documents updates automatically and in real-time, keeping you informed about their progress. Once you upload a document, it is automatically submitted for review by the AVOXI team. You'll be notified of its status, and if a document is rejected, you will receive specific feedback to guide your next steps. For your convenience, all uploaded documents are saved in a library for future reuse.
For a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to upload your documents, please refer to our Number Management Guide.
