The Letter of Intent (LOI) explains why your company is acquiring a Bahrain phone number and how it will be used. Bahrain regulators require this documentation before AVOXI can activate service on a Bahrain number.
Why This Is Required
Bahrain's regulatory authority requires documented proof of a number's intended business use before the number can be activated on the local network. The LOI satisfies this know-your-customer (KYC) requirement and confirms the number won't be used for a purpose that violates local telecom regulations.
What You Need to Provide
Prepare the LOI on your company letterhead, filling in:
- Company name
- Authorized contact details
- Service description for the number (what it will be used for)
- Title and name of the authorized signatory (e.g., CEO, CFO)
- Signature of the authorized signatory
- Company stamp
Format requirements:
- Use the AVOXI-provided template (KYC Letter.docx) as your starting point
- Only fill in the fields highlighted in blue — do not alter any other wording
- If you don't yet have your AVOXI number, you may remove that reference from the template
- Must be signed by an authorized signatory of the sending company

Log in to the AVOXI Genius platform and go to the relevant number's order profile page.
Under required supporting documentation, download the KYC Letter.docx template.
Complete the template on your company letterhead per the requirements above, and have it signed and stamped.
Upload the completed document directly from the number profile page — learn more about document management here.
AVOXI's number team reviews the submission — the in-application status updates automatically once reviewed.
Generally you'll hear back within 24 hours. For urgent cases, call +1 (770) 937-9735.
Note: The number will not work and remains blocked until the documentation is received and registered with the local provider.
