A Letter of Intent (LOI), also known as a Letter of Authority, describes why your company is acquiring a Turkey number and how it will be used.

Why This Is Required

Turkey's regulator requires this letter before your number can be activated.

What You Need to Provide

• The completed LOI Turkey TrueLocal Template, on your company letterhead, including: 
  • company name; 
  • authorized contact details; 
  • the use case for the number; 
  • the title and name of the authorized signatory (e.g., CEO, CFO); 
  • their signature (which should match the contact listed on your Signature Circular); 
  • your Turkish Tax ID; issued by the Turkish Government.
  • your website URL; 
  • your company stamp, if available
