Port Document Required - Legal Representative ID - Puerto Rico

To port a Puerto Rico number, AVOXI needs a copy of the legal representative's ID — the natural person who requested the portability.

Why This Is Required

In some locations, the in-country authority requires the number to be ported with the person ordering the number's proof of ID or passport. The name on this ID must match the person named in your Puerto Rico Power of Attorney for this order.

What You Need to Provide

  • A copy of the legal representative's ID (the natural person who requested the portability) — this must be the same person listed in the Power of Attorney
  • The name on the ID must match the person named in your Puerto Rico Power of Attorney for this order

How to Submit It

  • Upload the ID copy in your AVOXI online account. See our informative guide for help.
  • Our number team will review it. Your account status updates automatically once we finish.
  • You will usually hear from us within 24 hours. For urgent help, call +1 (770) 937-9735.
