Why This Is Required
China's in-country authority requires this photo as proof of identity, matching the local ID you provide. The photo must clearly show both the representative's face and the ID. Your legal representative can be found on your Chinese company registration. This is a mandatory requirement, and the authority might request additional information.
What You Need to Provide
A half-body, front-facing photo of the legal representative holding their China local ID — both their face and the ID details must be clearly visible and readable
