A Letter of Intent (LOI), also known as a Letter of Authority, explains why your company is acquiring a Japan number and how it will be used.

Why This Is Required

Japan's regulator requires this letter before your number can be activated.

What You Need to Provide

  • A Letter of Intent on your company letterhead
    • Retail Template - If you are a retail client, please complete this template
    • Flex Template - if you are a reseller, please complete this template
  • If you don't have your AVOXI number yet, you can remove that reference
  • Signature from an authorized signatory of the sender

How to Submit It

  • Draft the LOI on your company letterhead per the requirements above.
  • Upload it in your AVOXI online account.
