1. Complete the Porting Form
A legal representative from your company must complete the attached porting form.
The form must be completed by an authorized contact on your current (losing) carrier's account. This is a critical step to avoid any delays in the porting process.

2. Submit Required Documents
You can easily upload and manage all required documents directly within your AVOXI platform.
Real-Time Status: The status of your documents will update automatically and in real-time within the platform, keeping you informed about their progress.
Automatic Submission: Once you upload a document, it is automatically submitted to our team for review.
Clear Feedback: If a document is rejected, you will receive a notification with specific feedback explaining the reason, so you can quickly correct it and resubmit.
Document Library: All uploaded documents are securely saved in a library for your convenience, allowing you to reuse them for future requests without re-uploading.
