Dispositions on all Calls
Dispositions, also known as tags and provide contact center agents a structured/categorized options for qualifying what happened on inbound and outbound calls. AVOXI Admins can now configure dispositions at a team level and request agents to submit a disposition immediately after each call. In addition, Agents have the ability to submit dispositions on all direct calls both inbound and outbound and take notes. Enable and create disposition now using our step-by-step guide.
