What’s NEW

  • User-selectable outbound Caller ID

Genius webphone allows users to select the number to be displayed on the recipient's caller-id when placing an outbound call. They can select this from a simple dropdown within the webphone, and also set the default caller-id number. For more information view our self-help user guides below:

Logs show the correct outbound caller-id used for outbound calls

  • Integrations app store launched 

Genius connects to business tools like CRMs that are a simple click setup from within the integrations app store.
