NEW Zendesk integration with AVOXI
Easily integrate Zendesk with Avoxi contact center by navigating to the Integrations page. Additional features for this integration are coming in the next few weeks so stay tuned for more. Note: An Enterprise License is required for all integrations.
Enhancements
Enhanced logic to only change agent status to “Disconnected” when they are in “Available” status but the webphone unregisters itself.
Added support for filtering call logs (Activity logs) by the “from” phone number. For outbound calls, this can be the outbound caller id for that call.
Added “Share” option to the *Agents* and *Snapshot* reports
Improved naming logic so hat Queue names cannot be null values
