If you have forgotten your password or need to update it for security, follow these simple steps.

Step 1: Request a Reset

1. Go to the AVOXI Login Page.
2. Select the Forgot Password or Reset Password link.
3. Enter your email address (username) and click Submit.

Step 2: Check Your Inbox

1. Look for an email with the subject "AVOXI CORE Password Reset Request."
2. This email will contain a temporary password.

• Note: This temporary password is only for your initial login and should be updated immediately.

Step 3: Create a New Password

1. Log in using your email and the temporary password.
2. Go to My Profile in the top-right menu.
3. Select Edit Password.
4. Enter your temporary password, then type and confirm your new password.

Password Security Requirements

To keep your account safe, your new password must meet these rules:

• Exactly 16 characters long.
• A mix of uppercase (A-Z) and lowercase (a-z) letters.
• At least one number (0-9).
• At least one special character (such as !, @, #, or $).
