Admins and users with the ‘Customer Audit View’ permission can view the audit log history for their account. Audit Logs are accessed within the Company Settings. This feature is in the Beta phase and only displays user authentication events (i.e. log in and log out). The audit log can be exported as a CSV or scheduled as an automated, recurring report.
To View the Audit Log
- Navigate to Company Settings
- Scroll down to Audit Logs
Filtering the Audit Log
- Date Range: Select the timeframe of events you want to view
- Action Type: Select the type of action taking place
- User Name: Select the user performing the action or event
- Action Target: Select the target of the action
