Understanding Reputation Management

Reputation Management is a comprehensive service designed to protect and monitor the integrity of your outbound caller IDs. By verifying your organization and phone numbers, you can establish a trusted outbound voice channel that enhances answer rates and builds brand confidence with your customers.

Core Features

  • Continuous Monitoring: Access updated reputation data on a weekly basis to track the standing of outbound caller IDs.
  • Reputation Analytics: Access comprehensive data regarding the current status and historical performance of enrolled numbers.
  • Performance Metrics: Evaluate numbers based on maturity, desirability, engagement, and recipient reaction to optimize outbound calling strategies.

Getting Started

To manage number reputations, your organization must first be registered and verified.

Organization Registration

  1. Navigate to Company Settings and locate the Reputation Management section.
  2. Enable the feature and complete the registration form with your legal business details, including:
    • Legal and primary business names
    • DUNS number
    • Headquarters address and primary industry
    • Point-of-contact information
  3. Review and accept the authorization and consent to data processing.
  4. Monitor your registration status in Company Settings. Once the status changes from Pending to Registered, you can begin enrolling individual numbers.

 

Number Enrollment

  • AVOXI Numbers: Register numbers individually or in bulk via the Numbers page or within a specific Number Profile.
  • External Numbers: Reputation monitoring for numbers hosted by external providers is available only upon request and requires business approval. Please contact an Account Manager to initiate this process.
  • Regional Coverage: Enrollment is limited to numbers in supported countries where reputation management coverage is available.
  • Data Requirements: Please note that new numbers require at least 12 outbound calls before reputation data can be generated and reported.

 

Monitoring and Analytics

The Reputation Management Analytics report provides critical insights into your number performance.

Spam Status Categories

  • Clean: No evidence of spam labeling.
  • Low Risk: Generally clear, but some historical flags exist.
  • High Risk: Likely being flagged as spam currently, despite inconsistent historical data.
  • Spam: Currently and consistently flagged as spam.

Number Report Card

Each registered number receives a grade (A through D) across four key metrics:

  • Maturity: Evaluates the history and consistency of call volume.
  • Desirability: Measures how frequently recipients accept calls from the number.
  • Engagement: Assesses the duration of interactions to signal call value to carriers.
  • Reaction: Tracks how often recipients block or report calls from the number.

Subscription and Management

  • Requirements: Reputation Management is available to customers on the Premium AI Cloud service plan.
  • Cancellations: You may disable the feature for individual numbers or the entire organization at any time. Disabling the feature will stop active monitoring and associated number-level charges.
