What You Need to Provide

• When porting a South Korea ITFS number, a proof of address is required to complete a port request. Please provide a utility bill with the address matching the address listed on the company registration. 
• The form must bear the Korean Corporate Seal (stamped) and be signed by the same legal representative who provided the passport/ID. This is mandatory. Failure to include the Korean Corporate Seal (Stamp) and the proper signature will result in the rejection of the form.
